We process all orders within 2-3 business days to account for batch making if applicable to ensure you have a freshly made product. We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email info@attroot.com and we'll take a look!
Shipping via USPS. Delivery times depends upon destination location.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend the package.
Free shipping applies to qualifying U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $65 or more after discounts. Offer applies to standard shipping only and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions.
Returns
Because our products are made in small batches and are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, for hygiene and safety reasons. We encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before ordering. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order confirmation number and a photo of the item and/or damage. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the affected item(s) at no additional cost, or
- A full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellations

Because orders are often prepared in small batches, we can only guarantee changes or cancellations made before your order enters processing (within a few hours of purchase).
