If you are a repeat customer, we advise you regularly review the product ingredients posted to ensure they are what you desire.

We do not guarantee our products will meet your expectations nor claim them as a “cure”. Results may vary. You agree your use of products is at your sole risk. You agree to hold harmless At The Root, LLC; it’s employees and suppliers, from liability for any injury or any direct/indirect damages of any kind. 

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If an order requires clarification or adjustment, we will attempt to notify you by e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made (1 attempt minimum requirement). We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
 

You agree to provide current account information for all purchases made at our store. We are not responsible for purchases made with incorrect or non-updated information (email address, mailing address, credit card information).
